We are currently recruiting passionate and engaging individuals to join our Business Sales team at their Head Office. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in telecoms. The team is in a significant growth phase, and this is a great opportunity to be part of the B2B Team to achieve the company’s ambitious plans.

Working as a Senior Business Development Manager you will be part of a unique fun culture within a friendly environment that both recognises and rewards performance. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be developing a new mobile business, prospecting your potential target market through to closing sales opportunities with market-leading products & services supported by a brilliant local team.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in selling mobile telecoms. You will be a key member of the Sales Team with the unique opportunity to put your own stamp on the role in this early stage.

The Role

  • Build prospect pipeline managing revenue/new customer pipeline.
  • Attend meetings, both self-generated and by our internal marketing function
  • Identify and target potential clients that would be an ideal fit for our business and then self-generate opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Consistently achieve your realistic sales targets
  • Picking up current projects and taking them forward to roll-out.
  • Building strong relationships with operational, managerial, and executive-level personnel
  • Forecasting new business opportunities up to 18 months in advance
  • Creating strategic project action plans
  • Building and delivering detailed, engaging presentations to the relevant personnel
  • Liaising with and involving key internal stakeholders, ensuring they are involved as and when appropriate.

About you

  • You'll need to have previous experience in a field based B2B sales role using a consultative selling approach.
  • Experience in Mobile Telecoms Sales is essential.
  • You'll be driven by your ambition and own results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality
  • You'll have the confidence and professionalism to liaise with key decision-makers all the way up to C-Suite
  • You'll be driven by great earning potential and be able to show initiative and pro-activity.
  • Full driving licence required.
