As our Outbound Campaign Manager, you will:
·Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaign strategies.
·Deliver successful onboarding of new clients once the sales team have done their magic.
·Understand clients ICPs and product/services and create high performing campaigns to book sales appointments.
·Enable our data team to create targeted lists and set up campaigns.
·Work with our Copy Writers to deliver copy we know converts.
·Brief our Creative Team to produce attention grabbing hyper-personalisation using our own inhouse tools.
·Leverage intent data and the best-in-class information for success.
·Perform A/B tests and optimise campaign elements.
·Determine and monitor campaign KPIs – we call this ‘the heartbeat metrics’
·Develop and present comprehensive weekly campaign reports.
·Analyse campaign data to gain insights and improve effectiveness.
·Suggest and implement campaign enhancements for optimisation.
·Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions.
·Develop roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and optimization flows.
·Regularly communicate with clients, presenting campaign strategies and addressing their queries or concerns.
We are looking for someone who is:
·Experienced in outbound marketing with a proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns.
·Knowledgeable about various Outbound B2B marketing channels such as email, LinkedIn, and content marketing, and can leverage each for maximum effectiveness.
·Skilled in data analysis, comfortable using tools like CRM software, and able to understand what's working and what's not in a campaign.
·An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly convey strategies and results to clients and team members.
·A strong project manager, capable of managing multiple campaigns at once, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all campaign tasks are completed on time and within budget.
·Able to use collaboration tools, particularly Hubspot CRM.
·A creative thinker who can come up with innovative strategies for generating leads.
·Equipped with strong customer service skills, able to build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
